Q. How is temperature inside JFK terminal on 30 December 2020 how to manage cold for transit travel from India?

A. Temperature of the JFK terminal on Monday (7th December 2020) would remain between 1 degree to 2 degree Celsius or in other words 33 degree to 39 degree Fahrenheit. If this flow continues then on the 30th December the temperature of this zone will hit around maximum 6 degree to minimum 1 degree Celsius or 42 degree to 33 degree Fahrenheit.

Travelling to USA and managing the cold at this temperature when New York is fighting with Covid19 is bit risky and tough. Baggage policy is always play a key role in transit travel. In these cases, it is necessary to check the baggage policy of the airline. There are interline baggage agreements among the airports. If there are no such agreements between the airlines to be transferred, check-in and baggage delivery will be the responsibility of transit passengers during the transit. Passengers who will be transferred to the international lines, receive their baggage and pass through the security checkpoints to deliver their baggage to the airline they have their transferred flight. At this point, border security checks the baggage again in accordance with the rules of the transferred country. It is advised to review the airport baggage rules to avoid any inconvenience while entering that country and not to lose your right for your connecting flight.

Q. I am going to travel from Kumta in Karnataka to Ratnagiri in Maharashtra do I need COVID negative test report?

A. Yes, because Maharashtra Govt pass an ordinance related to this. You need to have a maximum 2 days old report and if you don't have it then when you landed in the Maharashtra then you have to go through this Test at the airport. If you pass that test then they will allow you to enter else you will either have return to Karnataka or you will need to visit the nearest Covid center in the Maharashtra.

Q. Road condition and best route for travelling from Prayagraj (Allahabad to Goa).

A. Here, you didn't mention the mode of travelling. So If you are travelling in your private Car then NH44 is the best route and the road condition is good but it will ;take 33hrs to reach Goa. Here is the Map link:- NH44 road directions for car. Apart from this you can also take NH361 but it will take 35hrs journey and road condition is somewhere is not so good as this route sometimes takes you from the village sides where road condition is not good enough. The Map link is:- NH361 MAP. It is best to travel to Goa via airline because it will take 6 to 7 hrs to reach Goa but you also need to have a 2 days old negative Covid Test report with you else you need to face the test at the Airport of Goa. Airline booking link

A. You didn't mention the source from where you travel. So, location of this temple is Kakkabe, Virajpet-Talakaveri Road, Kunjila, Karnataka and if you are staying in Bangalore Karnataka then it is a Six and half hours journey to this temple and if you have your own private car then you just need to fill-up the tank and petrol price is Rs.86 at Bangalore. And if you didn't have Car then you can hire. The rates are fluctuating between Rs. 5600 to Rs. 11500 as per the numbers of travellers. Link to see the rate list:- Car rates from Bangalore to Coorg. Bus fare from Bangalore to Coorg is :- Rs. 445 to Rs. 550 link is :- bangalore-to-coorg Bus fare. Via Train this journey is bit to expensive because The nearest railway station is in Mysore, which is about 95 kilometres away from Coorg so after landing in Mysore Railway Station you need to hire a BUS or Car to Travel to this Temple. Now, the Last option is Airline and the nearest airport is in Coorg (Bajpe airport (12.34, 75.81)) and fare is between Rs. 2300 to Rs. 3500. The link is :- Different rates of different travel . Q. I am 68 yrs Am I allowed in temples Am I allowed to travel by flights?

A. In which Temple? if you are from Mumbai or you are in Mumbai then you are not allowed to any temple as per Govt guidelines. but if you are from different state then their is no proper info related to this matter. Travel by flight is allowed but different states have different guidelines for their Air travelers, like in Mumbai you need to bring maximum 2 days old covid19 negative report else you need to go through the testing before entering into city life. So, it is bit to risky for you to travel right now. So, I will advise you to postpend your travel plan till the Vaccine hit the market.

Q. What will be the documents required if I want to travel to Nashik from Vadodara by my personal vehicle?

A. Driving License, Car Insurance papers and a maximum 2 days old Covid Test report. But, here I need to mention that their is no formal order related to this matter but because this rule is applicable to the air travelers so it is best to get a report. If someway or other you are stopped by administration then you have the evidence to show them that you are not Covid positive.
